I like to keep shipping simple so you know what you will be paying up front. I don't like being surprised by shipping costs when I'm about to checkout, and I don't want you to be surprised either.
We ship all items within Australia using Australia Post standard shipping. Your shipping will include a tracking number so you can follow your items on their journey from Melbourne to you. Shipping is a flat rate of $8 with free shipping for orders over $100. There is also an express shipping option for a flat rate of $11.
All shoes and premade items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Handmade items take up to 2 weeks to be made and posted.
Worldwide shipping is also available at a flat rate of $15 AUD. International shipping is done through Australia Post and includes tracking, giving you the peace of mind of being able to follow your parcel from Melbourne and across the globe into your hands. Items usually take between 2 - 4 weeks to arrive.
*Important information about shipping taxes: Each country has their own threshold for import taxes and it can be changed it at any time. Before you order from me please google your local postage provider to find out what the threshold is in your country. Otherwise you could be charged an import tax on your order. If you are charged such a tax the BUYER is responsible to pay it, not Oak and the Little Folk.
